Go to: Settings >Notifications>Messages….there you have a couple of options to stop previews.

So I’ve got the iPhone 4 with the new iOS (5.0) and it’s pretty sweet. There are really only 2 major differences between the iPhone 4 with the new iOS and the iPhone 4S besides a slight increase in speed with the newer one (honestly, iPhone 4 works pretty quickly so I wouldn’t use speed as an advantage really in 4S unless it was like lightning quick.)

The 4S has “Siri” which is a voice command program that looks pretty neat and intuitive. I’d suggest watching some of the youtube videos people have made or going to the Apple site and reading about it. This feature will not be available for your iPhone 4, upgraded or not, as of now. The other biggie is the camera. The iPhone 4 camera is pretty great with its 5 megapixels. The 4S has 8 megapixels. If you aren’t going to be taking serious photographs with your iPhone and just some pictures of people or scenery or pets, the 4 camera will do fine for you.

Buy the iphone 4! I am doing the same thing! Because the 4S is really BUT not worth as twice as much. If you are planning to switch to Apple, then get the ip4, it’s good enough. Then upgrade to iphone 5 next year if you wish.

I personally wouldn’t buy the 4s. There honestly isn’t much of a difference between the 4 and the 4s. I doubt iCloud and the like are worth spending twice the money. I would play it safe, keep it cheap, and stick with the iPhone 4.

If u r big fan of iOS, just get the iphone 4s, as we would never know when the iphone5 comes out. it is really hard to tell.

If I were you, I would wait for another year which is when the iPhone 5 is supposed to be released. Otherwise you should spend twice as much for a 32g iPhone 4s. Or 16g if that is too much.

If you have the money the iPhone 4s would be worth it but then you would have to pay full retail unless you break contract. If you break contract it cost you money. I would personally stick with your fascinate and wait a year and buy another android but to answer your question buy an iPhone 4s
